Ship's inaugural cruise (maiden voyage) started on November 18, 2001, out of San Juan Puerto Rico. We really liked having a scheduled seating so we could just walk to our assigned table every night and not wait in line. On our first sea day, we enjoyed breakfast in the Main Dining Room.
